Avoid this PI if possible....
## Advisor Style & Mentorship
Use a insult based mentoring style. Extremely rude. Tells you to ask question but when asked tells it is a stupid question. Does not answer your questions clearly. He gives project and task without proper clarification and the goal of the project. He always act as a superior person and belittle student.
## Expectations for PhD Students Unjustifed high expectation. Expect you to do all the work by yourself. If you can perform all the work by yourself what is the point to have an advisor.
## Funding & Support There is insecurity about long term funding or funding continuation.
## Research Experimentation Based work.
## Lab Culture Incredibly Toxic. He also has double standard behaing in fornt of American student and international student. He has clear favourite which makes devision among the students.
