## 导师的指导风格 Trevor had been most certainly helpful with my Thesis, for the general directions and ideas he gave. He also permits a high degree of freedom, as if your idea had been good, he would encourage you doing it. He had been swift in replying emails and proactive in arranging lab meeting or personal meeting. It had been a great pleassure working for his project, and I would highly recommend him for any brilliant and diligent person. ## 对博士生的要求 Trevor had been really relaxed on his expectation for his students. He had never pushed me or made it stressful for me in the lab. It had been an amazing experience in his lab, although I do pray future students are self-motivated and intelligent individual for his best interest. ## 经费和支持 Trevor had been brilliant in finding fundings for the lab. The general funding situation in Auckland is not looking great, but he had certainly tried his best and the lab is looking in a good shape compared to others. ## 科研 Trevor is a field leading figure in the ophthalmology field. If your goal is to stay in ophthalmology or any related field, he would be one of your best possible supervisors in the entirety of New Zealand. ## 实验室氛围 Everyone in the lab is super friendly and helpful. It is like a big family.
