Extremely bad. This person has no decency or morals at all.
He hates junior scientists and doesn't allow junior scientists to have a different opinion from his. If you dare to have a different opinion or point out his mistake and show proofs, he loses his temper immediately and starts to use many derogatory words on you, and if you're an international researcher, he immediately starts to say racist things to your face. He also doesn't mind hurling abusive words at you in front of others. Also, he constantly says things that contradict what he said previously, all because he always tries to protect his pathetic ego and cover up his mistakes. He's very illogical and always has an insular mindset.
This type of supervisor is the enemy of students or postdocs - avoid at all costs!
