She's a famous figure in photochemistry. Her research is innovative and impactful. However, her personality is not as brilliant as her research. When she's picking future PhD students, she's only interested in the top students. She invites you to her office and persuades you to join her group if you're a top student. But if you're not impressed by her persuasion, she suddenly changes her face and starts to look terrible. Once you join her group, she tells you to only read papers in the most impactful journals like Science, Nature Chemistry, and she looks down on journals that don't have a high impact factor. She has high expectations for you, but she doesn't really give you any guidance, nor does she care about your feelings. She's not communicative and sometimes refuses to communicate for no clear reason. She sometimes even hides important information from you.
