## Expectations for PhD Students You will work a lot for little reward. His management style is extremely chaotic and he will blame you for averything wrong that happens.
## Funding & Support You're probably on your own with this one. He's in general quite stingy with money and you have to weirdly justify every cent you are spending for anything that is not directly coming from his ideas.
## Research He still publishes somehow high, but the path it takes to get there is unneccessarily painfull and long. At the end you won't recognize your own work anymore, because he will make it about his idea and the way he sees things. He has a pretty outdated and narrow-minded few on science and wants to see things the way he envisions, instead of following up on surprising results.
