He has created the worst-ever environment for a researcher. He "conceptualizes" all the ideas and executes them by summoning some innocent undergrads. He conceices the result already at the beginning and collects data by whatever means that favor his "conclusion" even that's from a fortuitous, irreproducible event. What a shame. Few of his experiment is replicable. He's just a miniature of today's material sciences under the mask of "organic synthesis".

He only recruits people who are lacking knowledge in this area. So he can manipulate and insult them for his own good. BE AWARE if are a regular student who tries to learn something from this lab. You'll likely withdraw empty-handed. Tbh only the 1st-gen minorities can survive here.
